----How to Adopt----

The rules may seem strict but I really am a nice person so don't let them scare you off XD I have just spent so much time around adoptables that I know how the rules should be put to get some order.

- Do NOT ask when more adoptables will be posted. Period.

- You must be a watcher to be allowed to claim ANY pet.
- I will operate the first-come-first-serve way of adoptables.
- You may only use one account to claim from us.
- 1 adoptable per 24 hours/user regardless of species.

- Comment with "Claim + the desired name". You will then need to add Likes + Dislikes, After we have told you that the adoptable is yours, according to the species information to your adoptable within 24 hours or the adoptable WILL go to the next person in line, no exceptions regardless of situation.
- Contests, Raffles and Quests may be entered outside of the 24 hour rule.

- Adoptables are free unless the description states otherwise.
- You can not claim an adoptable for a friend... this is confusing for me!
- You can NOT take back a claim in order to post another claim. You may however take your claim back, but then you will have to wait another 24 hours to adopt again.

Other adoptable agencies

- Other adoption agencies or shelters may not claim pets from us unless stated in the description.
- We will count any user with "adopt" or variation there of in the username as an adoptable agency or shelter.

- Only exception to this rule is DRACODOPTABLES

- I will accept pet trades, HOWEVER, if I am not interested in the pets you provide, I reserve the right to say no. No offense.
- If you wish to affiliate with me, NOTE me about it and make sure that your agency is active!
- Do not use our page to advertise your own group or agency.

----General Rules----

- First and foremost. My Rules is the law of this page. My word is law and final when it comes to the adoptables I've created. Respect this.

- Use your common sense and display some manners.
- You are not allowed to verbally attack another member of the agency. (If you have quarrels, take them by notes on your own pages.)
- Keep in mind that I am a person with feelings. Treat me with respect and I will treat you with respect! Do NOT contact me through dream-whizper because that is my private account!
- The species and species concepts provided on LabyrinthAdoptables solely belong to dream-whizper and Zerelixon They may be similar to other species avaliable in the world through myth or reality but we have worked terribly hard to make their CONCEPTS our own. Don't you dare stealing them.

- Repeated violations of rules will result in banning and you will then have all your pets removed and put back up for adoption.
- Spam messages will be hidden immediately. If you repeat this action it will lead to immediate banning.

- Don't whine or use pity comments. if you try to influence your chances you will not be ble to participate in that opportunity.
Example: Let's say it's a raffle that you enter and in the claim entry you write "I never win anyway" then you're dead right you won't, because then the comment will be hidden and disregarded since I am very tired of those kind of comments.

- By all means, give feedback and come with new ideas! BUT, don't be disrespectful and don't come and whine about what is bad or wrong because I won't have it (unless it is extremely politely written). Whine, outright complain, flame or be a general ass and I will take actions I see fit.

----Readoption Rules----

- You may only trade pets or gift pets during according events.
- If you chose to give an adoptable back to us, we will take over the ownership completely of the adoptable and decide how it will be readopted.
- If a user deactivates their account, all their pets will be put back up for adoption. How we choose to do this is up to us though and even though I will greately appreciate being told of deactivations it will not give you the right to own the pet.
- Changing of accounts must be notified to us. Fail to do so and you will loose your pets from us as we see you don't care about them enough to take them with you to your new account. - THIS RULE WILL BE PUT INTO ACTION! Because far too many people change accounts and we have to track them down and tell them off. If we go to the owner's page of the adoptable and it says clearly "moved accounts" or any of the likes, and we have not been notified, you WILL loose your pets! End of story.
- Name changes you need to make us aware of so we can switch ownername of your adoptables. It will not make you loose your pets though.

----Disclaimer Rules----

- All content of this web site is © Copyright to dream-whizper and may not be used in any way not listed.

You may not:

- Post your adoptables in your own gallery.
- Claim the art to be your own.
- Modify (or downright copy) the species to be your own.
- Take credit for the design (unless in case of a custom.)
- Use the adoptables as your ID

You may:

- Draw your adoptables or use them in written media as long as credit is given to LabyrinthAdoptables or dream-whizper
- Use your adoptables in your journal skin IF you provide the right credits!
- Display your pets in your journals and on your front page.
- Post the adoptables in blogs for display, as long as proper credit is given with a link back to LabyrinthAdoptables or dream-whizper
- Use your adoptables as your DA icon.

These may sound as harsh rules, but I don't bite I just want to make my stance clear. Behave with manners and you won't cross any rules.
